Spa Policy

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out the client intake form and to make a payment (if you haven’t paid already) before starting your treatment.

Cancellation policy – We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: at least a 3 hours advance notice is required when rescheduling and/or canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 3 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

When you book your massage online, you schedule it in your current time zone. Massages will be given in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone ONLY. Please make the appropriate adjustments when arriving in Las Vegas. Example: You live in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone and make an online booking for a massage at 2pm. It will show 2pm CST in your confirmation email. The massage will actually be scheduled for 12pm PST. Please don’t forget to make the adjustment as a refund will not be given if you show up at the wrong time or not at all. Coupons and other discounts cannot be used with eGift/Gift Cards. eGift/Gift Cards are NOT redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Anything added that causes the total price to exceed the amount must be paid with either cash or credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift/Gift Cards. eGift/Gift Cards must be present at the time of your massage appointment to redeem.
